Everything you need to know before we work together.
From pricing to process, here are the answers to the questions I hear most often. Don't see yours? Send me a message →
Services & Pricing
I offer two main ways to work together:
- Strategic Coaching Sessions — One-on-one virtual coaching focused on your specific business challenges — strategy, systems, operations, and whatever is standing between you and where you want to go. Available individually or as a bundle.
- Done-For-You Consulting Projects — When you need more than coaching, I roll up my sleeves and build alongside you — delivering finished systems, process documentation, and operations strategy.
Both services are delivered virtually via Zoom, so I work with small business owners across Maryland and nationwide.
I use an equitable sliding scale for coaching sessions. You choose the rate that honestly reflects your current financial situation — no questions asked, no judgment. All three tiers receive the exact same quality of service.
- Solidarity Rate — $75/session: For those navigating financial hardship or building from the ground up.
- Standard Rate — $150/session: For those with a stable income and modest business budget.
- Community Care Rate — $225/session: For those with financial stability who want to help sustain access for others.
For Done-For-You Consulting projects, pricing is custom based on scope. We'll discuss your project on the discovery call and I'll provide a clear proposal before any work begins.
Yes! Session bundles are available for coaching clients who want to commit to ongoing work. Bundle pricing and session counts are discussed during your discovery call based on your goals and timeline. The full bundle fee is charged upfront before the first session.
Absolutely. All services are delivered virtually via Zoom, so I work with small business owners anywhere in the country. While I'm based in Maryland, geography is never a barrier to getting the support you need.
How It Works
The free 30-minute discovery call is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We talk about where your business is right now, what's working, what's not, and what you're trying to build. By the end, we'll both know whether working together makes sense. If it does, we'll talk next steps. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction anyway.
Before our first session you'll need to sign the Client Service Agreement (I'll send it by email), provide a credit card to keep on file via a secure Stripe link, and confirm your session date and time. That's it — no homework, no prep work required. Just show up ready to talk about your business.
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. You'll receive a Zoom link when your session is scheduled. Sessions are typically 60 minutes unless we've agreed on a different length.
It varies by client and goal. Some clients meet weekly for an intensive push, others bi-weekly or monthly for ongoing accountability and strategy. We'll figure out the right cadence for you during the discovery call.
I work with small business owners at every stage — from those just getting started to established businesses that have outgrown their current systems. My background is in operations, systems design, and strategy, so I'm most effective with service-based businesses, consultants, coaches, and organizations that need to build or fix their operational foundation.
Payment & Contracts
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Here's how it works by service type:
- Individual Sessions: Your card on file is charged automatically on the day of service.
- Session Bundles: The full bundle fee is charged upfront before the first session.
- Done-For-You Consulting: 50% deposit due before work begins; remaining 50% due upon project completion before final deliverables are handed off.
You'll receive an automatic receipt from Stripe after every transaction.
Yes — every client signs a Client Service Agreement before we begin. The agreement documents the scope of services, payment terms, cancellation policy, and confidentiality. It protects both of us and makes sure we're on the same page from the start.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. For Done-For-You Consulting projects, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
If a payment is declined, I'll reach out within 24 hours. Services — including scheduled sessions and active projects — are paused until the payment is resolved. Once payment is received, we pick right back up. This policy is outlined in the Client Service Agreement.
Absolutely. Everything you share with me — your financials, strategy, challenges, and ideas — stays between us. Confidentiality is built into every Client Service Agreement and I take it seriously. I will never share your information with third parties without your written consent.
Results & Expectations
That's an honest question that deserves an honest answer. With an EMBA, 20+ years of real-world experience, and two companies co-founded in the mental health and human services space, I bring serious credentials to every engagement — and I give every client my full focus and best thinking. But your results depend on your commitment, your decisions, and your action. I can build the map and walk alongside you, but you're the one driving the business.
What I can promise: clarity, structure, a thought partner who's genuinely invested in your success, and systems that actually work.
Business coaching with me is focused specifically on your business — strategy, operations, systems, and execution. It's practical and action-oriented. We're not processing emotions or working through personal history; we're building something. If personal challenges come up that are affecting your business, I'll acknowledge them with care, but my role is as your business partner, not your therapist.
Still have questions?
I'm happy to answer anything that's not covered here. The easiest way is to book a free 30-minute discovery call — we can talk through your questions and figure out if working together makes sense.
